HSA / FSA
Santé Integrated Health & Wellness accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by each patient’s individual plan.
We provide itemized receipts and superbills upon request. Membership fees and cosmetic services are not eligible for reimbursement through insurance, HSA, or FSA accounts.
Insurance and Reimbursement
Santé Integrated Health & Wellness is an out-of-network provider. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.
We provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
