Insurance and Payments

Santé Integrated Health & Wellness is now in-network with BCBS of Illinois & Aetna. Additional insurance plans are coming soon. Call to confirm coverage.

For patients with other insurance plans, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

HSA / FSA

Santé Integrated Health & Wellness accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by each patient’s individual plan.

We provide itemized receipts and superbills upon request. Membership fees and cosmetic services are not billed to insurance. Please check with your HSA/FSA plan administrator regarding eligibility for these services.
